Pretty amazing segment, I'm surprised CNN let him do it.
"American universities seem committed to every kind of diversity except intellectual diversity. Conservative voices and views are being silenced entirely"

And most people also engage in in-group, out-grouping and dehumanization. It's part of the human condition and it takes effort to minimize its effects.
How many people on here reflexively down vote any and all things they perceive to be liberal? Or coming from a liberal? Or rub against their narrative?
How many people pile on a "wrong-thinker" the moment they post? Tell them if they don't like(think) their way, leave!
I think Fareed's point is a good one because college is supposed to be the place you at times engage with uncomfortable ideas as part of the process of mental growth. Being able to confront problems intellectually as opposed to primitively.
But this thread jumping at the chance to point and deride the "out-group" illustrates at its root, this is not a partisan issue.
