Clinton received 800,000 votes from noncitizens, study finds

Hillary Clinton garnered more than 800,000 votes from noncitizens on Nov. 8, an approximation far short of President Trump’s estimate of up to 5 million illegal voters but supportive of his charges of fraud.
Political scientist Jesse Richman of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, has worked with colleagues to produce groundbreaking research on noncitizen voting, and this week he posted a blog in response to Mr. Trump’s assertion.
Based on national polling by a consortium of universities, a report by Mr. Richman said 6.4 percent of the estimated 20 million adult noncitizens in the U.S. voted in November. He extrapolated that that percentage would have added 834,381 net votes for Mrs. Clinton, who received about 2.8 million more votes than Mr. Trump.
Mr. Richman calculated that Mrs. Clinton would have collected 81 percent of noncitizen votes.
“Is it plausible that non-citizen votes added to Clinton’s margin? Yes,” Mr. Richman wrote. “Is it plausible that non-citizen votes account for the entire nation-wide popular vote margin held by Clinton? Not at all.”
Still, the finding is significant because it means noncitizens may have helped Mrs. Clinton carry a state or finish better than she otherwise would have.

Voter ID cards should be required.

But, since it's ONLY 800,000, no big deal, right?

President Obama told illegals they could vote and wouldnt face repercussions. It isnt absurd in the slightest to think lots of them did.

That still doesn't account for all of the dead people that voted for her.

Oh, it's no big deal. It's just like....I don't know......THE ENTIRE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS voting illegally.
No biggie. Nothing to see here.

Ahem, I'll just leave this right here

Three professors at Old Dominion University - Mr. Richman, Gulshan A. Chatta, and David C. Earnest - took these answers, did further research and extrapolated that of a 19.4 million estimate of adult noncitizens, about 620,000, were illegally registered to vote in the 2008 presidential election. Using other measuring tools, they said, the actual number of noncitizen voters could be as high as 2.8 million.
So, if I'm reading that right, up to 2.8M could be possible. And if you throw in dead voters, and people who voted in person in one district, and absentee in another, Trumps 3M is looking like a lowball estimate

That's complete bullsh!t. Fox news edited the audio on an interview that Obama gave so it looked like that was what Obama said.
You're a dolt to believe that.

so now, polling is accurate.
Can I get a secret decoder ring when to believe polls and when not to?

I guess that makes 1,600,000 now. At this rate Trump will win the popular vote .

Let's say his study is off by 5%. 95% of 834,381 votes cast by illegals is still a big problem, no?

Did trump "go high so they'd go low" thinking it was a W for them?
Art of the deal... It's nice we finally are accepting it happens

quote:So I guess we don't count the fraud from the other side, which has also been proven. At least a third of those "dead" voters in LA were also registered Republican. Enough of the horseshite. Crack down on all of it and quit trying to rationalize Donald's absurd shite all the time. You'll be worn out by summer.

Are you only allowed to vote for the party you are affiliated with?
All we know is someone knew they were dead. Without ID who knows who voted for them if the dead indeed cast votes

Actually the author of this study is basically stating that the conclusions people are drawing are very wrong.
quote:
“Trump and others have been misreading our research and exaggerating our results to make claims we don’t think our research supports,” Richman says. “I’m not sure why they continue to do it, but there’s not much I can do about that aside from set the record straight.”
Sigh...
