Clinton Foundation 501c3 = Hillary campaign vehicle?

According to recent press reports LINK, Hillary plans on using the Clinton Foundation as the vehicle to set up her coming presidential campaign.

With all the recent talk about IRS scrutiny of non profit applications being scrutinized to ensure the companies are not engaging in political advocacy, doesn't this seem like a big red flag?

Am I misunderstanding the issue? Is this a different section of the tax code that makes it OK in this case?

Apparently there are different sets of rules in the IRS to deal with liberals and conservatives.

Conservative group with 'patriot' or 'constitution' in its name = HUGE red flag.

Hillary using 501(c)3 for campaign = move along, nothing to see here.

Just seems brazen. Even by Clinton standards.

You should check every lefty political groups info page and you'll see that they are all listed as 501(c)(3)'s just like churches, synagogues and mosques. Even the Americans United for the Separation of Church and State (Barry Lynne's organization) is a 501(c)(3).

Yes — Americans United is designated by the IRS as a 501(c)3, non-profit organization. You may access a copy of our most recent IRS 990 form here.

The left goes by "the ends justifies the means" so they do not obey the law.
