Yea its pretty obvious it was a plan to mix white supremacists with the Alt right movement that elected Trump so they could rebrand the Alt right a hate movement.
I am sure they are eager to neutralize the alt right that was moving into other parts of the country, mainly the mid west by making them all out to be nazi racists. Democrats need to keep some control over the midwest.

The main organizer of the "white supremacist" rally was an Obama supporter and former member of Occupy Wall Street. Not complicated to see how it's agitprop.
