Really Chris? After basically 50 years of the MSM acting as agitprop for the radical left and higher ed wholly controlled by Bolshevist professors you can't understand?
This is the same media that went from calling Trump a democrat in Republican clothing to literally Hitler in a span of a few months.
As Rush has said for years THIS IS EXACTLY WHO THEY ARE! Democrats have to lie to win any race, they are who we thought they were.
Now all the limousine liberals and bankers are scared shitless because unlike the crony capitalist con artists owned by Wall Street Bernie is serious about taxing the frick out of them.

Also, the media and the Dems have refused to even try to rein in the loons on the extreme left, and those whack jobs are now holding the party hostage, so to speak. They've given a voice to morons who needed to be told, "Shut up. Adults are talking."

My take away from this is not about the politics. It's about the ineptness of the media to realize what middle Americans are thinking and wanting from our government. Trump surprised the media with his following and now Sanders is doing the same thing and the media doesn't get it? Damn, how can they be so blind? Presently we have two factions of opposite politics out there and the media has been surprised to see both sides reveal their heads over the last decade?
I don't fault either political sect for being who they are. I might not agree with them but this is what America is all about. The biggest fault in this country right now is the media who professes to be the "equalizer" of politics in this country. Instead, they have become the voice of one sect of politics with facts and truth no longer being relevant and they wonder why no one respects them any longer. That is the definition of being obtuse.

I don't have a degree from a fancy journalism school, but this is the EASIEST thing I've ever followed since I became an adult and followed politics.
Bernie is about as transparent as can be.
His followers are people who believe capitalism hasn't worked for them, and they are willing to play a new game hoping for a better personal result.
At some point in the last 20 or so years, the upper class wealthy started acting like barons again, trying to do whatever they could to consolidate their wealth.
Of course, they have every right to do this.
But history shows us that these actions always end up with a revolution of sorts. Every communist / socialist government comes about, only after a majority of people believe capitalism is no longer working for them.
What's got the mainstream Dems nervous isn't that Bernie is pushing for socialism. It's that he is pushing for socialism with no exceptions.
Medicare for All means the unions lose their sweet, sweet health plan packages as well. It means everyone will have to pay more in taxes.
The rich Democrats know these plans will screw them. But, they promoted them because "it sounds good" to the poor, while they knew there was no chance they could actually happen. Well, now they are seeing it could happen.
They, and they alone, created this monster. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
