The entire idea of "corporate diversity" in the free market is a sham.

Let's look at it logically. You have two companies, Company A and Company B, who are direct competitors in their industry.

Company A has a strict policy to only hire and promote white men, without regard to their being the most qualified at their job.

Company B disregards race and gender, and hires the most qualified candidates, irrespective of their race and gender.

In a free market, Company A would not survive, because they put race and gender ahead of qualifications.

"Diversity officers" only serve to give lesser-qualified individuals jobs because of racial and gender quotas.

Working at a big company, being a white male is a disadvantage. If there are an equally qualified black female and white male, the white male makes middle management, while the equally qualified black female becomes a Vice President or CFO. The threat of lawsuits is a factor in over-promoting "diversity hires". Literally anybody under 50 who has worked for a Fortune 500 company knows this.

Happens bigly at the grad/law/med school level. A black kid with good grades and an average test score will literally have their pick of where to go

I can see value in diversity of thought and perspective.

I can't see value in diversity of skin color. That in of itself means nothing, yet is a primary characteristic of these "diversity" quotas.

"Diverse" means "How many black people you got?"

Mound Bayou Mississippi is therefore considered very "diverse".

Been there and experienced the same. My point is to deal with it. Its way low on the suffrage scale.
