I own a construction staffing company. We sent out 4,000 W2s this year.

Its a list, first come first serve as long as you're in good standing with the union. Not being hired means you didn't sign up for potential work. Race means shite.

A white male is the most oppressed person in the USA for the last 20-30 years in all levels of government and woke corps.
Go to just about any govt office and you will be hard pressed to find a male employee. DMV, social security office, unemployment commission, tax offices, DSS or welfare office. HR is a bunch of rainbow waiving and trans worshipping deviants that do not hide it anymore.
This started in education 2 generations ago and has grown like kudzu. The left played the long game like a master chess player and conservatives got worked.

They are a ton of Mexicans that can't speak english but are skilled hard workers. Especially in construction.

Talked to a crew building a condo block a few summers ago. Those dudes work construction in summer, work on the ice roads on the slope in winter. Make over 100k, some can't speak English.

Yeah, its not a difficult career to break into.
