The sheer number of you on both sides of the philosophical aisle who post links to articles you haven't read baffles me

If it makes you feel any better, I dug a hole in the yard and poured some used motor oil in it.

Better if you pour it along the fence line.

Flint Michigan is calling?

After a half a century of Dimocrat misrule you want Trump and the big boys to come in and clean up the mess?

Don't blame you; that's why I voted for Trump!

Why dig a hole? I enjoy the black gooey stain it leaves on the rocks on the side of my house

If Obama hadn't sent $500 million to UN Climate change in his last days in office, he could have paid to fix Flint's water issue...

Thats not an answer. Can you come up with something more specific?

Sure, it's in the OP. He linked to a story about Flint, the place whose water source was polluted with lead.

Fair enough. From the general implication of the OP thread title, I took it to mean there were problems with the "environment" in general, and not the occasional anomaly of an EPA generated spill.

So just to be clear...you're not claiming that there is something wrong with "the environment" in general, that needs someone to "do" something about?

Humans do things that can frick up the environment if that's what your asking.

No, that isn't really what I'm asking.

The question I have is more along the lines of any pressing, systemic environmental issues that need to be addressed in order to stop some "too big to do something about it now" sort of problem. Do you believe there is such a problem?
