It was probably a rogue person at the State Department that screwed this up for Ben Rhodes and Obama. We all know Obama is the 12th best POTUS in history and he probably missed this in the news to fix it for us by waving his arm. (Like he did with oceans tides rising and oil spills.)

Pretty sure that the fact that the rebels don't have fixed wing aircraft ruined that narrative.

Obama admin was only talking about the declared ones. No one can keep track of undeclared chem weapons, duh.
