BREAKING: Trump to roll out RECONTRUCTION II

Seeing as Lincoln's Reconstruction post Civil War was incomplete, the White House today announced that President Trump will pick up where Lincoln's Reconstruction plan failed and unveil his plan for Reconstruction II.
This is the only path that I see for us a nation to "heal" from the war that ended approximately 150 years ago.
This time it will be done right!!

Technically, The Reconstruction that was implemented was NOT Lincoln's plan, but Congress' Radical Reconstruction following the Reconstruction Act of 1867
