That figure is from 2008 as well. It is probably higher now. When vast swaths of the EU capital look more like Morocco or Turkey than Europe, you can see why those in the U.K. want out.

The UK doesn't have a open borders like the rest of Europe. Even EU citizens have to show a passport to enter the UK. Non EU citizens(aka refugees) can't just travel from mainland Europe into Britain. Most Brits were worried about their local high street turning into little Warsaw or Gypsie Romania than anything.

It's actually dropped to below 23% according to Pew (and again, that's just Brussels. The percentage in Belgium itself is much lower).

Show me where in my original post I implied anything about the rest of Belgium. I specified Brussels and indicated that the other two regions of Belgium should go their separate ways. Even if it's dropped to 23 percent, you don't think that 1/4 of the population of the EU capital being Muslim shouldn't be a cause for concern given the Belgian connection to the terror plots in Europe post-2013?

Below is a link to a 2015 article from American Thinker. The article references "The Iris and the Crescent", a work by Felice Dassetto, Belgian sociologist, whose figures indicate that, by 2030, Brussels will be a majority Muslim city and that the number one name for Belgian newborns is Mohammed.

yeah no shite. I was in Helsinki yesterday and there was a terrorist threat there as well. Supposedly the Finnish FBI (SUPO) stopped these guys before they were able to blow up a church. Which has miraculously not been reported in any Western News reports from what I seen (sigh). It's only a matter of time before it hits us here. Sad because the Fins have done nothing to these people except give them free money and housing.
