There have been plenty of people that say the border wall won't work as advertised bc the drug cartels, etc. can just tunnel under it. Well here's the solution to that; bury nuclear waste under the wall......win-win

That doesn't sound dangerous with the Rio Grand, Gulf of Mexico, and Pacific Ocean on or near the border.

NO BORDER Otra Nation, a group of U.S. and Mexican citizens, proposed the world's first shared co-nation along the border "open to citizens of both countries and co-maintained by Mexico and the United States of America." It would also create "nodes of cultural production" such as libraries, museums, galleries and workshops between San Diego and Tijuana, Mexico, and other spots with cities on both sides of the border. It would prohibit oil drilling and mining and create a "hyperloop transportation system" for people and cargo.

pass that shite

Yes, let's bury nuclear waste adjacent to the Rio Grande, where over 1.3 million people live. I like that idea around the area where there is no river, though.

However, all of this wall nonsense is unnecessary. Just...STOP...PAYING...THEM!!!!

They/we won't bury the shite in (or too near) the water and when the shite is buried it will be buried the same way it is now.......in lots and LOTS of concrete.

Yes and while you are at it, convince greedy, wealthy people to be less greedy.

Then it seems counter-productive.

Or, you just tie their business licenses to e-verify for their employees.

Oh, and stop allowing illegal immigrants to use ER's and public schools free of charge while cutting them off from all entitlements and deporting all of those using fake social security numbers. Stop paying them to come here, stop paying them to reproduce, stop giving them everything for free, and they'll leave!

Burying lots and lots of concrete to prevent tunneling seems counter productive? To the Mexicans I guess it does...

Not really....if it's JUST concrete there's no issue if the cartels just blast a hole in it but if contains that special something in the middle, well it just might make them say "frick THAT shite"

Because of the Rio Grande, the border wall actually has to be built a mile or two into U.S. territory for certain parts. So you'd be burying nuclear waste on our soil. Not to mention that it would be in someone's privately owned back yard.

But yeah, great plan!

The best wall is to enforce penalties on their employers. 5 years or $50K mandatory to anyone who employs illegals, each case. Also, their employees be brought to trial for crimes they commit. If you enable illegals, you should be willing to accept the consequences.

Too expensive. 24hr. armed patrol with fire at will SOP. Anyone approaching the wall will be told to go to official crossing station. Period.

Yeah me too. The Wall will just be a boondoggle. and the first time an illegal gets across it, or god forbid gets across it and then commits a crime, it'll really reflect poorly.

Deport the ones you can, deport the convicts, crack down on the businesses that hire illegals, and don't give them government benefits. That'd be good enough.
