You don't pay state sales tax at tABC store.

Birmingham is 10% sales tax and I think you 7-8 at the ABC store.

However I would imagine they are double dipping from package stores but I've never paid attention to the tax rate at a package store.

You can ship wine to the ABC store. I paid 86 cents tax on a magnum once.

You just have to download and complete the form the forward it to your out of state liquer store.
