So it’s intrinsic value is $0.00? It’s almost entirely speculation? TBD?

Well, what is the US Dollar worth? Based on the good faith and integrity of a government that is 30 trillion dollars in debt and the spending is picking up speed.

Bitcoin is probably best viewed at present, I would speculate, as a market projection of how much excess liquidity will be present in the future, and this led to unfettered growth during the era of QE. It definitely isn’t faring well in a QT environment when liquidity is down with higher interest rates and supply side inflation are eating into retails ability to invest spare money. On the contrary, retail is selling because they need the money to pay for their own existence. In many ways the stock market has functioned in much the same way for a long time now, divorced from all fundamental analysis of underlying values.

At any rate, I’ve DCA’d into Bitcoin regularly over the last three years and am pretty well and rekt right now and am holding just in the event the money printers will be turned on in the future to bail us out of recession. I still think the ideas behind the technology are excellent for securing a modicum of freedom of control over your assets and that will keep me long term optimistic. Godspeed, brothers.

Going all the way to 14k. Stocks will take it in the shorts as well. No one is immune at the moment.

You're looking at a 2-year hold in my opinion before it rebounds, and it will rebound again.

I personally think you’re right and haven’t stopped the daily buys. If I didn’t love what the technology aspired to accomplish my convictions would be very tested right now, but idk just think it’s long term a good buy and will allow for a freedom not currently guaranteed by traditional banking to move assets around and not have them be debased by a central bank.

We shall see how it all turns out.

IMO BTC will either be at $100K or $0K in 3 years. As you note, the ideas behind Bitcoin are compelling and timely, but sometimes that's not enough. There are a lot of great ideas/innovations that end up failures for a host of reasons. But I'm a believer. I think it'll survive its precarious developmental/adoption period. I think it's important that it does, and not just because I've invested.

$18,700. The notion this i a currency that you can transact anything with when it falls so fast people can't even get the price right is ludicrous.

Whales have been transferring a lot of BTC from their wallet to exchanges yesterday usually indicating a selloff is coming. I have three shorts open on BTC. I'm expecting a lot more downside.

ALTS are holding up well. Coins like Link and ADA haven't even made a lower low during BTCs recent drops.
