If anyone knows about being let go from Fox due to lawsuits, it's Bill.

If Ray Epps wants to go after Tucker, it won't matter whether he's part of Fox or not as Fox would still be named in the suit.

Also O'Reilly said the Smartmatic lawsuit is only in LA as that is the only place that had them, which doesn't sound right to me, but isn't as big of a pay off as Dominions.

This is what I have read. Smartmatic and Dominion are not connected. Dominion has machines in almost 30 states, but in the US Smartmatic is only used in LA. However, Smartmatic has a huge presence in other countries. They are claiming the FOX news reports have cost them business worldwide, and are seeking over $2 billion in damages.

I seriously doubt they can prove damages that high. But they claim to have even more damaging evidence than Dominion had, so they may be able to negotiate a healthy settlement.
