Hmmm i wonder why Mr. Kuckstol would feel this way, a complete mystery
Perhaps because he is a neocon who believes there is a country out there whose interests are just as important if not more important than our own

Kristol is an Israel firster, so when he hears someone using the term America First he gets mad because Israel is not being put first which is how Kristol thinks it should be

No you guys are morons. "America first" was an organization that worked to keep America out of ww2 which is fine, except that it was composed of many prominent anti- semites.
Of course it wasn't all bad - and if you or I used the term..no biggie. But when you say it as potus (especially in your inaugural speech) it matters. As leader of the free world, you're suppose to act like it; not the troll master of the twitters.

Hmm, perhaps because American leadership is needed to keep the world safe and strong and it is in our interest to be the world leader and not have Russia or China be the leader (because believe me, if we stepped back and said, ah, screw it, let someone else boss the world around) believe me Russia with its corrpution and Asiatic business policies and or China with its Chinese ways would fill the vacuum and ten years from now we would say, why the hell did we volutarily relinquish our role?
