I' e noticed how they use the misleading term "election hacking". For instance, let's say they did have something to do with hacking Podesta's emails, then release the info (otherwise known as "the truth") during the el tion period and this influences the vote. While this simply means "the truth" influenced people's votes (S the truth should do), a significant portion of the public will think "election hacking" means they tampered with voting machines. It is a cleverly chosen term.
