Biden is making the assertion that Trump inherited wealth from his father and that’s a bad thing.
I guess he believes it’s better for a son to become wealthy selling influence gained by his dad’s position.

Yeah, Trump's dad made his money mostly from low income housing units.
Trump went in the opposite direction with really nice buildings and golf courses. Trump's uncle wasn't really interested in getting rich. He became an electronics engineer and was instrumental in winning WWII with his advanced radar systems. He later just became a college prof.
