I'll NEVER dishonor that amazing struggle and gift by claiming that decisions are unimportant and that EVERY DNA strand deserves to be valued the same.

but BHP, clearly if we redistribute so everyone is equal no one will make bad decisions anymore!

Gotta love the morons who start a troll thread, get called on it and never return to the thread.

You are an idiot of the highest order. The sooner you are banned again the better. Hopefully next time the ban will be permanent.

We suggest that this is because poverty-related concerns consume mental resources, leaving less for other tasks.

I would think part that and part stress from poverty causing a distraction/disassociation type of thing.

This is good stuff.

Seriously though, the "poor people" I drive by on my way home always look like the LEAST STRESSED people in the world. Like, not a single frick to give. Smiling, laughing, drinking, and just hanging out. Sometimes playing card games outside, other times BBQing. Small sample size and maybe they are actually well off but just choose to live in what appears to be "poor conditions". I really don't know. But they definitely don't look stressed at all.

Being a poor decision maker makes one suffer poverty. Being considered impoverished in America today is a joke with all of the welfare programs available to suck the teat of to ease your pain and bruised ego. For a brief but very telling view of poverty in BR, a single grocer was convicted of money laundering over a three year period in the hood. The amount laundered was a paltry 500 million and change. Being poor really does suck.

Do you teach 8th grade social studies at a public school in sela?

My friends daughter was telling us yesterday how her teacher said Republicans are against regular people because they hate welfare and foodstamps

In other words, dependency breeds hopelessness.
Hopelessness leads to despair.
Despair is associated with depressed cognitive function.

So your liberal prescription is more dependency programs.

That about sum it up?
