This is about a concerted effort to get conservative voices off the air.
Who is the conservative voice?

Put the murder allegations aside. If Seth Rich was the Wiki source, then we have an entire political party, much of our media and parts of the IC IN COLLUSION to take down the Executive Branch of the United States Government.

If Rich is it, they know this, believe me. They would be perpetrating the biggest lie in American Political History and using tactics that cross the line of legality. A good prosecutor could make a hell of a conspiracy case.

What does this have to do with hating free speech?

I'm not keeping up with this story very much to be honest..

But Hannity is an asshat. You guys complain about liberal media and their "talking points". Hannity is nothing but talking points.

Interested to see if anything comes of this story. Highly doubtful I'm guessing. We'll never know.

I think he's done regardless. Fox is trying to compete with MSNBC and CNN for who can move the furtherest left.

Let's see:

Sean Hannity pushes story that's been debunked. He says he's only done "for now" after being forced to retract the story. Advertiser thinks he's an a-hole and pulls out.

I fail to see a free speech issue here.

It has hardly been debunked.

Why are people so worked up about Hannity's advertisers pulling out as he slips into InfoWars territory?

Do I think Seth Rich was murdered by the Democrats? No. Not really. Do I think he was the source of the DNC leaks? Hell yeah I do.

Ok.

Now look at what you just said and put it together.

His death doesn't seem to be a rather odd coincidence to you?

What evidence do you have that makes you so confident Seth Rich was the DNC leaker?

The fact that Julian Assange, the man who published the leaks, pretty much said he was.

What evidence has Assange provided to support his claim?

Sounds like he's willing to bet his job that he does have something.

...Or he knows the winds of change are blowing(he's the last man standing from the old guard in the midst of a top-down restructuring from Murdoch's sons) and he's positioning himself for life after Fox.

Soros is making him play up the Rich case, apparently. Just like he made O'Reilly harass all of those women.

What exactly do you think freedom of speech is?

It ain't about advertisers supporting or not supporting a talk show.

All it means is you can say what you want and not have to worry about the gov't sending the cops to arrest your arse. That's it.

Was Hannity arrested? Has the gov't shut down his show? No? Then it's not a freedom of speech issue. Period.
