Now, the simplest solution for the NFL is to instruct the networks to NOT show the anthem. Or, they can instruct their owners that the teams are not to enter the field until after it's over.

Predictable. What you resist will persist. This is one issue that Dickhead Donald can't use threat of military force to stop. As a matter of fact, he and the NFL should unite. With Trump, we'd have the leader of our country also acting as the poster boy for stopping CTE.

The Progs were going to ruin football one way or another.
Whether it was softening up the game for "safety" or injecting politics to the point no one watched, it was going to happen. This just speeds it all up.
If anything, the NFL should be thanking Trump today for putting the Progs on their side while they protest the USA. That will distract them for a bit until they get back to suing the league into oblivion.
