I believe so, but they don't see it that way. Give two people equal starting lines, just different races and they'll blame the outcome on racism without realizing the implications.

If the policy (AE, hate crime, etc..) isn't racist enough, look at how they treat conservative monorities like Milo, Anne Coulter, Clarence Thomas, etc...

Believe so. They constantly demean minority groups by implying they are unable to function on equal footing. Examples: race normalized testing, implying they cannot get proper id for voter registration,etc.

Anyone who believes voter ID requirements suppress minority voting is a flaming racist.
Their argument suggests that people of color are not capable of getting a free ID that is required for travel and most other transactions.
The loudest whiners are politicians or other groups who just want facilitate and encourage illegal voting.
