No. The employees of corporations are people but the corporation itself is not.

From a legal perspective.....yes, and the SCOTUS has thought so since the 19th century.

And the same for Unions.
If a Union can donate to political PACs, then so should a Corporation.

Simple as that.

Take the people's money/stock away...and the Corporation ceases to exist. The very word 'corporation' pretty much spells it out.

The current political lexicon is based on Obama's "you didn't build that" mentality. Collectivist/Marxist bs based on Egalitarian morality (oxymoron).

Watching the Frontline thing on Iraq tonite; depressing as hell. As soon as the ISIS fight is over...the Sunni v Shia civil war begins.

We had better wise up over here, and get honest...or we'll end up like those poor folk.

From my perspective, the guts of a corporation consists of people with no guts.

I've chartered three corporations. One is Hindu, one is a Jew, and one identifies as Christian.

So many options to challenge secular laws and regulations.

Of course. Those who don't realize this fact are poor for a reason IMO.

It is a party with limited liability and, therefore, limited rights.
