You have to know he is putting out fake shite right now to multiple people just to see what is getting leaked and by whom.

This is fake news. Liberal soldier "journalists" report hysteria inducing non-sense that spreads like wild fire. Then issue a correction that they know will go nowhere. Time after time you see this tactic.

I don't even think it is possible for a President to use the National Guard in this manner.

Let me get this straight. The AP obtains a written draft memo. White House of course denies. Got it

In case the memo has not been posted, here it is. LINK

Is the media making this shite up or are members of the Trump administration saying this shite to see who leaks it?

There was a Reuters/AP article out last week. (I wish I could remember the exact subject but it was derogatory Trump news) that was completely false. They never retract.

They are so in the tank; that they don't realize that Christie, meatloaf and Trump-with them making up a gotcha-- is them being fully exposed.

all they have to do is give this same document with minor changes in it to different people and see which one(s) leak.

AP and Reuters are as far from being in the tank as you'll find in the media.

Sad it has come to this but this is spot-on.

It could even be that for one minute in policy discussion someone said, can we utilize the nat guard, and it became news they were going to.

This is dangerous. It may not even be an intentional web to try to catch the spooks ordered to take out Trump.

For the numbnut progs reading. If Obama discussed anything, a tad controversial in a planning stage--the info being leaked to a reporter with the twist he was doing it...

Then when it breaks that it was BS the media can say, well...our source said it was words said in discussion.

This is exactly, in another round-a-bout way- what happened with Flynn...

It's not. Control over the national guard is the power of state governors. The president can federalize the National Guard during a federal emergency.

In this case, the idea is that the Governors (not the Pres) of these states would mobilize the national guard to act as law enforcement officers in regards to immigration control under the INA section 287 (g) which references the delegation of immigration authority. In my brief reading, I don't think national guard qualfies under this act

quote:

Under 287(g), with federal approval and training, ICE provides state and local law enforcement officers with the training and authorization to identify, process, and--when appropriate--detain immigration offenders they encounter during their regular, daily law-enforcement activity.
