If I talked about it I would. I work in the most left leaning industry there is.

Yeah. I've got these hardcore Trump folks and it's always "that nig*** Obama" this and that nig*** Obama" that. But they are starting to say stuff like "Trump is crazy but. . ."

I'm in an office full of Canadians and Europeans.

I don't talk about my political views.

Tech?

So do I. My company is based in SF and everyone at HQ is super liberal but I find that every remote worker and all those in our satellite offices are pretty hardcore MAGA.

Nobody should.

Politics, religion and sex have always been declared not wise to speak at work.

Hell yeah, it's rough being a democrat in the south.

I won't be raising any hell or protesting though.

I get hostility at work from Republicans and Democrats, especially when you explain to them that the two-party system is merely a ruse used to create narrow boundaries of acceptable political thought.

And they are not wise for a reason. I have seen many professional relationships ruined because people couldn't follow this simple rule. Your employer pays you to do a job, and nothing else. They truly don't care about any of that nonsense. Keep it simple, keep it professional and you will have a long and happy career

Nope. I don't work with dumbasses so we don't talk politics.
Of course most would be leaning right so it doesn't matter I guess.

No but I work in a community health center and today we were given the sky is falling speech. Very possible we may lose so much funding we have to close some clinics. But the overall message was that healthcare needd an overall and somebody is gonna suffer. Just hoping it's not us.

No, we have a couple of unhappy folks but they are outnumbered so they stay quiet.
