He said that if the Republicans don't want him to sign executive orders that they should sign bills? So unless they sign bills written the way he wants them written, he will bypass them? Why do we need 3 branches of gov. then? Long live King Obama!

In all fairness, I really don't see how he gets around this short of doing something that would give even his most diehard sycophants pause.
I do, however, find it extremely disturbing that this is his first reaction to the decision.

That's exactly what they envisioned. They envisioned 3 branches each putting their personal goals above country. That way, if one branch tried to over-step their bounds, the personal aspirations of another branch would check them. The problem was when the 3 started having the same goals.

If anything, the framers would make the constitution even more restrictive on the gov't and take away a hell of a lot of enumerated powers like the commerce clause for example if they could see the gov't as it is today.
