It’s coming, just wait for it. Would be a good reason in Pelosi’s mind to take her time forwarding the Articles to the Senate.

If they haven’t submitted the articles to the Senate, is he actually impeached?

Levin was just talking about this the other day. It definitely fits the lib/prog playbook.

Wouldn't matter regardless. Senate would likely not confirm a justice in an election year.

This is why the Senate is allowed to move forward without the articles, if needed.

I was told last night on this very forum that the House didn't actually pass a formal impeachment resolution. Just a resolution to conduct an impeachment inquiry. That being the case, did they actually impeach Trump?

Can’t the Turtle set a date and if she hasn’t presented the articles by that date they are null and void?

Until she forwards the articles he is really not truly impeached.

You think that matters to the Dems or their sycophants in the MSM?

When RBG kicks the left's meltdown will dwarf what they did over Kavanaugh.

Overlay that with the "impeachment" process and the fact that there is no constitutional prohibition against Trump appointing and getting a new justice approved...
there is literally no end to what the left would do in those circumstances.

Did Bill Clinton act as president during his impeachment trial?

There's your answer.

Good thing the House isn’t that important and they aren’t required to fill a Supreme Court vacancy.

So, has there been a RBG sighting in the last 4 weeks? Hmmm?

Not sending the articles of impeachment to the senate violated the constitutional right to speedy trial. The a Supreme Court May need to step in and correct Pelosi on his the constitution works.
