Go visit if you're on Oahu. Poor, much of it yes, but miserable, nah, beaches are too nice and weather is usually near perfect.

Bessemer is 1,000x worse than Mobile. Mobile is a great and happy place outside of a few areas. Frick that list, most places on the Gulf are better than 90% of other places for various reasons.
