Lots of people move to Florida. I’m guessing they stay away from metro Miami with the exception of Cubans.

I’ve been to Columbus, GA; I agree with you.

I thought the same about Huntsville, TX.
While I wouldn’t choose to live there, in no way does Huntsville belong on the same list as many of those listed.
I’m thinking its inclusion is due to the fact it’s home to the state’s execution chamber.

If Huntsville prisoners are considered part of the population, that may explain it.

That being said, Jackson MS deserves its high spot on the list.
