Is not worse than the southern suburbs adjoining the city of Atlanta (East Point, College Park) . It’s not worse than Macon, Augusta or Albany, either. List is crap

How in the world did New Orleans not make that list?

If Huntsville prisoners are considered part of the population, that may explain it.

That being said, Jackson MS deserves its high spot on the list.
