If they have a mechanism to limit the types of purchases, and especially if the items are more affordable, then I don't see an issue.

About 3 weeks b4 the POTUS election. I saw tents set up at project 8 housing giving out Obama phones. Over the week end, police were there for bird shot gun shooting. They are on the local news nightly with a gang bang shooting. Eight year olds with guns.
Imagine sitting in a home for free and doing crack all day and drinking cheap arse beer. The cycle needs broken.

That's exactly the question I have also. Unless you pony up $99 a year for Prime, you have to pay for delivery. Curious to see how that's going to be handled!
