Alt-right man arrested for shooting at counter protesters

Richard Wilson Preston, 52, was arrested following the release of a video, filmed by the ACLU of Virginia, that allegedly shows him in a verbal altercation on August 12 with counterprotestors near the Southwest corner of Emancipation Park. In the video, counterprotesters appear to throw objects at right-wing marchers.
After several seconds, the man in the video, who is wearing a load-bearing vest, with a pistol on one leg and extra magazines on the other, turns away from the argument and walks away. Before reaching the edge of the frame, he turns back, drawing a pistol and shouting "Hey, n****r."

ANTIFA is going to go after someone that is going to produce a weapon and shoot several of them. If it is a Democrat local administration they will quickly spring into action and try to send this guy away for life.

How many of the baseball batters got arrested? Last time I watched a movie it is well within the realm of possibility of bludgeoning someone to death with a bat.

Maybe he was just firing warning shots.
Still would be illegal, but seems they'd have to have proof he actually targeted someone.

The article says he "aimed lower" i take that to mean he fired the warning shot into the ground but the liars at CNN don't want to say so.
