I can't think of Maxine Waters without thinking about the video from the Fannie Mae Senate hearings where republicans wanted more regulations for homeowner ownership because they could predict what was going to happen. Waters comments are about 40 seconds in. Senate Hearing Youtube Vid

I don't know about your district but the assassination of Tupac Shakur is a valid concern to her constituency.
