I'd grade him around a C- or D+. The biggest gripe I have with him is he is a fraud. He ran on an administration of transparency, but hasn't really delivered. He's too friendly with the big banks and his DOJ has barely punished any of the banks responsible for the economic collapse, and worse they're allowing them to do the same damn tricks right now. He ran as a progressive, but is just another empty suit plutocrat.

His biggest accomplishment, and what he will most likely be graded on in years to come, was ACA. I think ultimately it will be a good thing, with many hiccups and obstacles along the way.

One thing is for sure, he is light years better than his predecessor, which isn't really saying much.
