Exactly. If the DNA is of the fetus is identical to the DNA of the woman, then the fetus is part of that body. If the DNA of the fetus is different than the DNA of the woman, then the fetus is not part of the same body.
Science.

Because it's a political ploy to get pro life people to either say they are ok with some abortions or they look like crazies if they think the mom should have to carry to term in those cases. There's no decent answer for that question.

Actually, there is. What does the baby have to do with the rape?

You just helped prove my point. The fetus is the result of rape. You may think that it should be illegal to abort the result of that rape but you are in a very tiny minority in this country for good reason.

Not a good answer.

By that, in part, I mean that the burden of proof is always on the claimant. You claim that the---so far undefined-- catastrophes, have been headed off by regulations. To ask for clarification does not validate a challenge to try and prove a negative.

You realize that your entire anti-climate science schtick is a logical fallacy/argument from ignorance, right?

Appeal to Popularity Fallacy. Not a good answer.

You're projecting again. You're ignoring the reality of the failure of the global warming anti science advocates to produce anything that has actually come to pass in the last half century. But maybe I'm missing something. Which of the "sky is falling" doom and fear predictions made by them has actually come true? Can you name any?

So it's your assertion most educated people cannot grasp logic or understand science?

No. Quite the opposite.

I don't see the issue. He was wrong. I pointed that out.

I don't care if anyone breaks the tie, and that's the difference.

Scientific "facts" change quite frequently....especially in the field of astronomy.

Degrasse-Tyson is yet another smug elitist atheist that likes to think there is no God because his ego doesn't want to share his "intellectual accomplishments" with anyone else.

He's never impressed me, & looks like he smells of gholulash & cabbage

Well if the Sally Struthers of Science says so...

Right.
What is the difference between "just removing the unwanted fetus and letting it thrive on its own," vs normal delivery?

And now a straw man. Some climate scientists were wrong therefore they are all wrong

So it would be legal to abort a clone?

Dumb.

Clone lives matter.
