The members of the Mayors National Climate Action Agenda known as the Climate Mayors had previously announced in March that they would not enforce an executive order that rolled back the previous administration’s policies to regulate energy production and reduce emissions.
Statements like this are so useless, AND show the ignorance of these Mayors, Executive Orders apply to Executive agencies, no one else. Cities and states are free to do whatever they like in terms of environmental regulations as long as they do at minimum what the feds require. See how that works? Apparently these mayors don't.

just don't understand why he refuses to deal with infastructure.
Honestly. His black girlfriend isn't black mailing him into fixing them. Though I wish she would.
I'd be happy to reach an agreement where he fixes all the potholes and in exchange he can put a sticker of his face on every fixed area.
That should subdue his ego.

This is little more than virtue signaling. If any of these mayors are going to contribute money from their own budgets to the global climate fund I'll revise my statement to exclude them.

Exactly, a completely meaningless gesture. because these cities won't have to pony up shite.

Little Rock,
That dipshit needs to worry about the murder rate that is approaching the early 90s "banging in the rock" levels.
42 murders in 2016 (a 35% increase) and outpacing that number this year (22 so far). It seems to me Stodola has better things to worry about.
I was just coming in here to comment the exact same thing. Can't even afford to fix potholes or keep enough police officers on the force to curb the abysmal crime rate, but yeah we sure as hell can pay for some bullshite non-binding treaty.

68 out of 19,000 dam that is catastrophic for Trump's presidency.

I think Oxford, MS should go cold and dark as a symbolic protest.

Another distracting shiny object flashed in front of the "intellectuals" by the mayors of crime infested, stagnant waged, single parented, politically corrupt cities.

Trump may singlehandedly have been the biggest boost to climate activism in history.
All without having to subsidize 3rd world nations on the taxpayers dime!
If green energy is so important to the left, why do we need agreements with Europe and the rest of the world to do it in the US? Why can't we just do it and let the world follow our example?
The left is great at making these bullshite "deals" (example: Iran deal) that end up only hurting the US and not actually fixing anything. I'm all for green energy and alternative fuel sources but why the hell should we force it when it isn't cost effective yet?

Maybe non-believer TRUMP should read this... if he knows how! IT'S real Donald! Climate change is not a hoax, but your so-called Presidency IS ! !
