True. Directed energy weapons are real. I know of microwave and acoustic directed energy weapons. When they are used they are not inconspicuous. You will know and everyone around you will notice their use very quickly.
What is a directed energy weapon that can be used against its target incognito as described by the "victims" in the 60 Minuets piece?
