Justice Scalia (may he rest in peace) predicted it.

'We wanted to validate our household... and our rights, because we had no solid legal basis establishing us as a family," said one of the men, actor Victor Hugo Prada, in a video published by Colombian media on Monday.'

Why do you care what consenting adults do?

Because there's still such a thing as right or wrong, and there are still some values that have made this civilization great that I would like to still have around for my kids. YMMV, of course!

There's nothing inherently "wrong" with this. Who gives a shite what they do?

Also, the % of the population that wants to be in homosexual, polygamous marriages is so freaking small that you probably shouldn't get worked up about it.

If the 3 of them just watned to live together and be gay or whatever, I don't give a crap and most people wouldn't.

But when they start demanding legal recognition from the government and benefits then it becomes society's business.

The problem is that it won't stop there.

There is no line drawn that liberals won't cross.

What this generation tolerates the next generation will celebrate.

Where do supporters of 3 person marriages eventually draw the line? 4, 5 20, 100?

Where is it written that a legally recognized marriage is a 'right?'

So how did a state just decide on its own that polygamy is "good to go"?

What about 5 men?

10 men and 3 dogs?

10 men, 3 dogs, and an attack helicopter?

Is the government legally obligated to recognize any union between any # of entities as a 'marriage'?

Does society have no say whatsoever in what gets legally recognized vs. what doesn't?

What does it matter? I have 17 wives that I married in Nigeria. We're all very happy.

I don't give a single shite. People should be able to enter into any contract they want provided all parties are willing.
