It would require Mike Pence and 7 others.
My guess is that Carson, Chao, Perry, Acosta, Duke, and Tillerson would vote to replace. DeVos and Sessions would be hard no's.
How do you think it would break down?

Vice President Michael R. Pence
Secretary of State Rex W. Tillerson
Secretary of the Treasury Steven T. Mnuchin
Secretary of Defense James Mattis
Attorney General Jeff Sessions
Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke
Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue
Secretary of Commerce Wilbur L. Ross, Jr.
Secretary of Labor Alexander Acosta
Secretary of Health and Human Services Thomas Price
Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Benjamin S. Carson, Sr.
Secretary of Transportation Elaine L. Chao
Secretary of Energy James Richard Perry
Secretary of Education Elisabeth Prince DeVos
Secretary of Veterans Affairs David J. Shulkin
Secretary of Homeland Security Elaine Duke

Removing Trump is a fantasy.

I'm going to go ahead and say none of the people you listed would vote yes.

Truly hysterical and delusional. In other words, just like you have always been.

You're as delusional as Maxine Waters

Just to play devil's advocate,
That would be your one vote out of the whole bunch of them.

Who was the snowflake who anchored this thread?

I'd vote to send your Candy-arse to the front line and earn your right to vote instead of it being a birth right.

unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.
This is the standard that Section 4 of the 25th Amendment requires. The only way this is even applicable is if the President is suffering from a debilitating mental or physical duties that prevents him from executing his duties as is required by the Constitution.
If the 25th Amendment is interpreted in the manner you suggest, what is there to keep a corrupt Vice President and a cabal of cabinet officers from ousting the President via soft coup?
You people are seriously unhinged.

If most of the people you pick are corrupt, then you are a truly crappy president who should be out of office anyway.
