A person with a name also screamed "fire".
Nothing to do with this situation.

I do none of the above.

We'll just agree to disagree

I don't see the connection.
Seems like response and arrest decisions should be made by the police chain of command not a union making up their own rules. Is it not insubordination?

That's up to the city and the union.

Ignoring whatever working rules they have set up, you're okay with it?

I'm OK with cops pairing up and not making arrests unless totally necessary 100% of the time, in every state, every city.

Necessity being entirely at the union's discretion?

In NY, I don't give a shite. They created this mess and I don't have to deal with it.

The irony is that Eric Garner probably doesn't die if they're following this mode of policing.

I'm sure that this irony will escape them.

With cops murdering people (and dogs - not saying this as a joke it's really a sickening trend) more and more often, why is anyone surprised that there was finally some retaliation?

You do all of that - you never don't do that. You are either intellectually dishonest with yourself to the point that it is pathological or you are just not a good person. You are too smart to just be mistaken.

It't too bad. You need to stand out as a role model for those who need a moral force to look up to. Instead, you are purposefully carrying a grievance that is not based in reality. It seems to me you are disgruntled that you were not part of the great civil rights events of the 60's and are trying to relive that glory in the modern day. In that respect you are not much different than Sharpton.

Sad - so very sad.

I'm curious why Republican rhetoric/BS resorts to changing the sex of the victims to female. I don't see why it would make a difference other than to insight more outrage amongst the mentally weak.

I'm curious why the liberal media grabbed hold of "hands up, don't shoot" and ran with it in such an irresponsible manner.

Oh, I agree "the media" handed the whole thing in a stupid, sensationalist, and inflammatory way but that's how they operate. Al Sharpton is a POS and is hurting the country, but blaming them for some dude murdering people is pretty idiotic.as well - and a bit hypocritical coming from the party of personal responsibility. I guess now you can't argue against blaming guns and racism.
