Tim Russert interviewing @realDonaldTrump in 1999 about launching a pre-emptive strike against North Korea.
Could be key to his thinking.

What he's saying is common sense. You can continue to pass this problem on like the past couple administrations and let the problem get more deadly, or u can stop it while there's less damage.

And this was in 1999, so imagine how much shittier the situation is now.

I wish 1999 Trump was President instead of 2017 Trump. The decrease in mental faculties is really obvious when you compare this to interviews he has done recently.

Lines in the dirt have a tendency to backfire unless you actually intend to do something about it.

Damn, 1999 interview with trump and he said 3-4 yrs NK would have a nuke...., he was only off 1 year!

TBH, Trump in 1999 seemed more like a politician.

Russert: "But our Military would tell you that the fallout from the attack would affect the Chinese (who helped the nuclear development)!"

Most of America loved Trump before the MSM decided they were going to demonize him every second of every day since he became a threat to them.

I saw this earlier. What I find interesting is how he is concise in his thinking. I mean, actually being able to articulate his points. I find that kind of communication lacking now.

Anybody that's being honest with themselves would agree. You can't watch that video and not be somewhat concerned about cognitive ability.

Didn't Trump say the fire and fury line to the prospect of North Korea actually attacking the USA or an ally?
