I was stationed there for a few years and had German cable. I can't be sure but I don't remember getting CNN. As far as English language I think BBC is far more popular.

Why do people care about what other countries think about us? It is not like their people are well informed. During the election, an Eastern European friend of mine was telling me that the news kept referring to Trump As a former professional wrestler.

I guess saving jobs, and creating jobs, and keeping immigrants out of the country is bad.......seems like Germany is jealous....

72% do not believe Trump is doing a good job. I find the thread subject to be like the Russian report in Pravda that the Russian car finish 3rd in the big race that featured some American cars too.
Pravda did not let on to its readers that there were only 3 cars in the race:
A Ford, a Chevy, and some Russian brand.
Russians finished 3rd.
Trump is not liked by 72% of German voters.
How much of that is tied to concerns about Russian takeovers of former Soviet Republics, or even Baltic countries.
