Perhaps. But IRL I know several 'never Trumpers' from 2016 who were Jeb Bush, John Kasich fans. They are now very enthusiastic for Trump. I don't know any 2016 Trump supporters who have changed their minds.

Are they really counting on a substantial majority of people who voted for President Trump in 2016 deciding to vote for Biden instead?
Are they counting on the Gary Johnson voters voting for Biden?
