Lucky first year on some very close games, now bone head calls game after game. One word to make a yard...DEUCE!

To say Sean Payton is Jim Haslett is just stupid. Listen Payton may of had some bad calls as far as the 3rd and 1 plays go, but please, the players screwed up the touchdown opportunity inside the DEN 1. It didn't help that our kicker missed 2 kicks, the second being the game.

That's not Payton's fault.

Don't start comparing Payton to Haslett just because the team is 1-2. Long season.

if payton refuses to fire gibbs, then it is strikingly similar

Yikes. Haslett was a defensive coach whose defense sucked arse. Payton is an offensive coach whose offense is outstanding. Never mind the lack of locker room control under Haslett.

payton has to go in a different direction with gibbs. WWL kept saying that denver was throwing in jason david's direction all day.

This I agree with. Gibbs has shown nothing and Jason David on Brandon Marshall is laughable.

I agree, but the defense is a concern.
Payton is stubborn on his play calling sometimes.

I see the rams defense is really good under Has.

Haslett was 10-6, 7-9, 9-7 his first three years then 8-8 the next two. I doubt Payton wins more than 9 this season

All you figs defending Payton now will be the same ones calling for his head after his career follows the same trajectory as Haz's. There will still be room on the bandwagon then. The only difference between Haz and Payton is that Payton has Brees. That might prolong the agony, but Payton will fail. He is too stubborn to be an effective coach.

Unwillingness to change and that I'm going to prove to you that it will work with this guy even though the other guy is better at short yardage. Deuce hits the pile he falls for 2-3 yards.TP is stopped in his tracks on a bull rush. How many times will it happen, many more me thinks.Pride can get the better part of judgment. The "Nobody is going to tell me how to call plays" attitude.
