Last year with all the ESPN hype, there was a segment on how Fla took Tebow to a computer lab and set up scenarios to change his throwing motion. It was to stop his side arm delivery and help his accuracy.

I know we have the same desire as FLA to win, why haven't we sent Hatch to the same type of computer lab or have we? It seems he has the size and ability, it is just that he tries to push the ball. A review of his mechanics could have helped his motion and probably gained some in arm strength.

I just wonder why when you look at his motion, there is clearly something wrong. Why couldn't we have done the same thing?

Danny won the Heisman shotputting, when everyone else was still trying to run the option.

How is that offense working for Spurrier now?

LSU could afford to send Hatch any where, and if there was access to the facility we have the ability to send him there. I just wonder why we didn't?

It is plain to see there is something wrong with his motion.

True, although I think since then the overall SEC talent level has improved and he doesnt have Florida talent anymore.

I am pretty sure that any facility in LA would gladly donate their services/technologies to help LSU (in any sport). Maybe there is not so much wrong with his mechanics, maybe it is simply a talent/experience thing. Or, maybe the UF coaching staff is a little ahead of us in the technology dept. I find it hard to believe that the resources are not available. Just sayin.

The talent Spurrier had at Florida is exponentially better than the talent he has at South Carolina.

But his offense isn't exponentially better than the SEC. That is what won, I know his talent was better then he has now, but he didn't recruit harder than anyone, and he didn't work harder than anyone. He had a better scheme and as the NFL showed and the SEC is doing now, the league has evolved he has not.
