How much of a game has to be played if delayed by weather to be considered a complete game?

5 (or 4.5 if the home team is ahead after the top of the 4th).

Actually, if the game is merely delayed, as your question posited, it's a complete game after 9 (or 8.5). If weather causes it to be called off, then it's 5 (or 4.5)

I think it is an excellent question...I am not sure if a game has never been completed due to weather...might be wrong.
