I have to rank this right up there with the little booklets on the airplanes that rank the best steakhouses. Not much that I would trust. I might would put a steak from Andrea's in the top 20 of the N.O. area and they would be behind Crazy Johnny's and their $13 steak.

I wouldn't go that far but Chef Andrea can do some mean pasta and great fish dishes.

That he can do. I have had some great meals there and I have had some total bombs. He seems to have a real issue with dealing with people as it seems he always has issues with turnover.

He recently did a renovation and built a nice new bar. I finally made it there this week. He came around shaking hands and talking to people. As always, he seemed really nice and sincere, but I def. think there is an issue when it comes to him managing people.

His menu is too big, he should cut it down. It would improve consistancy.

I agree with this but that is typical of a Italian restaurant that is trying to reach a little farther than they should.

It's somewhat cool to see somewhere on the list that you've been before (besides Andreas of course). Last year my wife and I went to NYC during Restaurant Week and ate the Beef Wellington at One if By Land, Two If By Sea. Very expensive meal, but very cool, too!
