Most people who saw the new Hulk movie liked it,

Meh it was ok. I thought they went too far in the other direction away from Lee's version. They thought if the plot made people think at all it would have reminded them of Lee's version.

I actually liked it a lot. Edward Norton was a huge upgrade over Eric Bana, though Jenn Connelly would have been better to keep as Betty Ross. I found I prefered the non Hulk moments of the movie better than when the Hulk was around...mostly because the CGI still just isn't capable of making you REALLY believe you're seeing a 9 foot green guy lurking around. Unlike Ironman which looks like a robot and therefore doesn't have to look "human" Hulk really is just a really bg green guy. And they just haven't achieved that level yet...

But good fun movie nonetheless. I'd like to see Norton get another shot at it.
