I can't vouch for the picture, but it does sound like a Tommy Moffitt motivation tool.

It's accurate my room mate just took a tour of the football operation facility and he told me he saw that exact sign. Thanks for letting me see it with my own eyes.

My sister plays on the golf team, and I went with her on her recruiting trip and saw it in the weight room.
When I went, there were 2 names, Ryan P, and can't remember the other one.
