Yeah people keep saying it's quick. The one I go to is a 20 minute wait sometimes, maybe more.

People feel better about themselves for eating there. It makes them feel like they are being healthy even though most are not eating healthy options there.

It reminds me of the people that will run a 5k or a tough mudder once or twice a year and post about it on facebook. They do not do any other exercise but it makes them feel they are healthy and fit. Same with people who eat like crap but eat somewhere like Chipotle a couple times a week.

I use the order app and have my food within a minute or two of walking in the door. Even when I don't use the app the line always moves really fast.

Increasingly the target for another demographic in Atlanta. But yeah, trendy for sure.

I get two burritos every time I go so the "health" idea definitely isn't the case with me at least. I just like burritos and I think it's better than Freebirds and Q'doba. That's why I go there.

It's just like if I want a hamburger, I'm going to Whataburger over every other hamburger place.

I'm surprised that Jones hasn't posted his regular Chipotle criticism yet:

"i just think its funny that a place named after a hot pepper has no hot peppers to put on your food."

ETA:

"maybe they can start using jalapenos when global warming makes their supply go through the roof in the coming years"

"chipotle sucks for the sole reason that they dont have peppers in the place. who would have thought, a place named after a pepper doesnt have peppers"

"The toppings are limited. For example, a place named after a pepper should have jalapenos or similar available as a topping.

my biggest gripe with the place.

the food is good for what it is. basically fast food mexican a little above taco bell"

"speaking of fixings, how does this place not have jalapenos?"

It's pretty good. I rarely eat there and I won't put up with waiting in a long line to eat it. Have always seen some good lookin ladies any time I've been.

The last time I went I threw away my trash and put the tray up where it looked like it was supposed to go. The cashier chick saw this. Stopped helping the line of people waiting, gave me a hug and said thanks for helping clean the place. My gf that was with me did not approve.

One burrito honestly does not fill you up? How big of a person are you? I just cant imagine someone still being hungry after eating one; maybe not stuffed but still hungry?

Hahah I have a great metabolism, thank God.

Also, I only get rice, chicken and cheese. I don't like beans or any of the other stuff so my burritos are considerably smaller than most people's.

I could eat 2 burritos with everything on them if I wanted to. I tend to eat a lot when I go to Chipotle.

This is pretty much everyone that bitches about a restaurant. No you did not wait 30 minutes to get your drinks. If you did you are an idiot for not flagging someone down.
