I believe Jamie will kill Cersei, thus fulfilling the prophecy of the "valonqar." Most think this is Tyrion, but Cersei is the older twin, and I think it's most dramatic if Jamie kills her.

Quite possibly but Arya will be pissed; that will leave her no one on her list to kill which might mean she will remain a nobody.

I think more people believe Jaime will do it rather than Tyrion

Aemon is still alive - wouldn't he be the 3rd dragon?

Aemon dies during the voyage to Old Town.

My thoughts as well. And yes, it's way too neat, but it's the most logical. And even though I believe Tyrion is the third dragon, it could be Bran, since he can warg into animals...even dragons!

Yeah, I could see Bran being the third head of the dragon. I think he could take control of one of the dragons at some point (or maybe even an ice dragon) since the 3 eyed raven told him he wouldn't ever walk again but that he would fly (or then again he could've just be referring to Bran becoming the new 3 eyed raven, and thus flying as the raven).

But I think the 3 headed dragon will end up ruling Westeros together after the battle with the White Walkers, and thus it will be Jon, Daenerys, and Tyrion (as the Hand).

Wasn't Aemon's exact quote "The dragon must have three heads … but I am too old to be one of them. I should be with her, showing her the way, but my body has betrayed me". So by this one statement, I doubt he is the 3rd head.

But I've always believed this is her fate. She'll become the assassin she wants to be, but it will end up that everyone on her list will already be dead. So her quest for vengeance will be all for nothing.

This is what many of us hope for but Jon being half Stark, can't possibly have a happy ending with George Martin writing the ending. Seriously though, I do wonder if the writers of the TV show might not significantly depart from the ending prescribed by Martin because I have zero confidence that Martin has devised a satisfying ending.

I think Bran wins alone. After the dragons kill the white walkers he runs the dragons into the ground, killing all 3 of them after he wargs into them. Or he wargs into Drogon and kills the other 2 first.

Something like that because I think that would be awesome

See, I don't know about that. After I finally got over the initial shock of the Red Wedding, I've always wondered if it was GRRM's intent to bring the Starks back to prominence in the end. Yeah, they suffered as much as any house of Westeros, but there is still a bunch of them left alive. And not only are they alive, but they are being placed in different places where they can affect the outcome of whole story. You have Jon being a major player at the wall (this is if he is indeed not truly dead), Bran is becoming the most powerful Warg around, I believe that Sansa is going to end up gaining at least two houses under her, Rickon is still the true Warden/King of the North, and Arya is about to become a badass assassin.

So yeah, GRRM did devastate the Stark house early on. But he also has positioned the remaining Starks in very good positions moving forward.

Agreed. Just like in the last episode when Mormont sent the note to Stannis that made Jon smile. The Starks are only just beginning to come back and they will have a following.

Wasn't one of the last two books supposed to be called A Time For Wolves?

It'd be cool if she'd get to kill The Mountain. maybe just have the final blow after he has a big fight

I have to hope he's a fraud. It's just a terrible twist if he's who they say he is.
